to be satisfied with your Bexley writing instrument. Our warranty
policy is:

All
products manufactured by the Bexley Pen Company, Inc. are
warranted to the original registered owner, for normal use,
against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime
of the product, provided any service is done by an authorized
Bexley Service Technician. This warranty specifically
excludes normal wear and tear, intentional misuse, abuse,
neglect, accidental breakage, or product loss. |

When you purchase a new Bexley product, it is important that you
complete the enclosed registration certificate, and mail it to Bexley
so that you are recorded as the "original registered owner" for
warranty purposes.
What
To Do If You Have Repair Work
Proceed to the Bexley
Pen Repair Form. Print out the form on your computer's printer.
Fill out the required information and send the form with the pen
using the shipping instructions at the bottom of the form.
There
is no repair charge for work that Bexley deems to be covered by
warranty. However, there is a $7.00 charge for return shipping
and insurance.
There
is a $25 fee to exchange your undamaged nib for another fine,
medium, or broad nib. (If you would like to have a custom
nib (e.g. an italic nib), we recommend that you consider John
Mottishaw or Richard Binder who specialize in this work. John's website address

If
new parts are required for non-warranty work, we will contact
you with a quote for these repairs before we do the work.
